Zumba: High Energy Dance Moves to a Latin Beat! You do NOT have
to be a dancer. Just come prepared to have FUN!
Power Ball: Focuses on developing core strength using medicine
balls, body bars, and circuit training.
Youth Fitness Training: Free Class - 50 min. Strength & endurance
training
for young athletes 12-17 yrs.
