Express TRX: 30 min session. Total Body Resistance, Cardiovascular & Core Training. All Fitness Levels. $15 @ session

Max TRX: 50 min session. Maximum Endurance, Targeted Core & Total Body Resistance. All Fitness Levels. $25 @ session.

Small Group Personal Training: 30 min. Total Body Conditioning. Groups of 5 or less working out with a personal trainer.

$15 @ session or $120/12 sessions. Personal Training at the cost of an aerobics class!

Cardio Pump: This High Energy Class combines Music, TRX and Total Body Strength Training. $10 per session

Zumba, Zumba Toning, & Power Ball & Youth Fitness: FREE classes,
but space is limited. Register early!

Zumba: High Energy Dance Moves to a Latin Beat! You do NOT have to be a dancer. Just come prepared to have FUN!

Power Ball: Focuses on developing core strength using medicine balls, body bars, and circuit training.

Youth Fitness Training: Free Class - 50 min. Strength & endurance training
for young athletes 12-17 yrs.
