My Training
Philosophy: First and foremost, it's all about YOU! What
is your lifestyle, your interests, your goals? Are you trying to lose
weight, firm up, or are you an athlete trying to take your game to
the next level? Whatever your motivation, I will work with you to
develop a program that will help you achieve your fitness goals and
fit into your lifestyle. Together we will help set specific, achievable
goals. It is always easier to face a challenge when you are working
toward a specific end goal. I will tailor a program for you that is
challenging, yet safe, incorporating resistance training, flexibility,
cardio, and a variety of training modes, including TRX and Power Plate
training. Starting a fitness program (and continuing it!) will require
you to challenge yourself both physically and mentally. I promise
to keep you excited and motivated by making your workouts fun, fresh,
and full of variety. You will look forward to each new session and,
ultimately, to achieving your new body and new, improved state of
health and wellness!
Choose from a variety of training options:
Youth Training Program: This is a program I designed specifically
for teens ages 12-17. Whether the goal is to excel in a specific sport,
drop body weight, learn to eat healthy, or just have fun while developing
the lifelong habit of exercise, your teen will be challenged and encouraged
to reach that goal. My motto for my teen clients: Smarter, Stronger,
Faster!
Small Group Personal Training: This is a personal
training option that makes training affordable for everyone. Small
groups of 6 or fewer clients train with me 3 times a week in a fun,
non-intimating atmosphere. You will learn about proper nutrition,
how to exercise safely, and how to reach your health and fitness goals
in minimum time.
Golf-Specific Training: Whether you play for fun
or you are a professional golfer, I can help you improve your game
and take you to the next level, using the latest training techniques,
such as such as TRX Suspension Training and Power Plate Accelerated
Strength Training. This is a great way to keep on top of your game
in the off season.
One-on-One Personal Training: You will have my undivided
attention. I will spend time getting to know you. We’ll go over
your health history, health and fitness goals and talk about diet.
I will map out a program and set step by step, short term goals to
help you reach that final end goal. I will keep you motivated and
on track, so that you can achieve maximum results in the shortest
time possible.
